A first conversation
We talk about where you are and what you want. We both find out whether working together makes sense.

We design how we work
Before we work on anything, we agree on how we'll work together. What you want from it, what you need from me, and what we do when it gets hard.

Regular sessions
Then we meet on a steady rhythm. You bring what's real. I listen, ask, and hold you to what you said you'd do.
